rilsTRON From: (Seattle, WA) Joined: August 3rd, 2006 Posts: 178 | why is it grainy? i would love this if it weren't for the weird effect over the entire thing! it looks like a picture out of a magazine that's been scanned in on an old flatbed scanner. too bad, too, because the angles and lighting are awesome! |

People are aloud to disagree. The whole point of the rating system is to find the average of peoples opinion on the pic. If only the people who liked a picture rated them, then everything would get ten, defeating the use of the rating system. However, if you are rating things low because you are a person of bad character for lack of a better word, then get a life. What you are doing is one stap away form trolling and flaming.
@4 - Its been edited. They post concept pics on weekends, and unedited ones on weekday. |

@ comment #5 there is no insult intended i assume, its just there are the occasional idiot who decides that its a good idea to vote 1. This is not because they do not like the pic, it is because they have nothing better to do. Granted we all know what the rating system is for, but the 1 is not there to be misused.
Thanks again guys |

Concurring with this, in the TNG Episode Parallels, the Argus Array showed Mars and pieces of a Galaxy Class being built upon the surface, and while the Enterprise was docked at Mckinley Station in the first episode of TNG, it must have been moved there, so this picture is actually accurate.
Back to the picture, I like the effect you added to the picture, almost changes the feel of the picture a bit from a Legacy shot to closer to a television shot, the lighting is good, as is the angle..............and is definately worth a 9/10 |
Amagosa987 (Staff) From: Joined: May 12th, 2007 Posts: 388 | In the episode boobytrap we see the 1701-D being created at mars station in Utopia. Which was a starbase, but if i did that angle in this pic i dont think the effect wouldnt have been as good. |
