Posts: 1249 | Many PotDs on many FileFront sites--this included--has wallpaper-worthy pictures. I'm not sure how practical they are, but I think this picture can be a little (if not moderately) practical for wallpaper provided it's flipped. The business is there and it looks good, but it's not very busy and too eye-catching. If it's flipped, the side where most people have their icons at won't look very busy and distracting.
Which is why--if the picture is flipped--this would make nice wallpaper. And the eye-catching action is pretty good!
Rating: 8/10 - As a PotD and not a wallpaper, however, maybe the action could have been more centered. But I don't take much off because it's not so bad, it's original, and it's also great for the above reasons. |

Posts: 30 | I really like the off-center composition, it would really make a nice wallpaper that way as Chris said.. but you know when it's too off-center when part of the action is simply cut off...
Also too many phaser/disruptor shots at once for wp material.
