Phasers can be fired at warp. Its been done in every single serries. (not sure about TOS)

I would say the lighting on the BOP seems wrong because of the phaser shot, it produces orange ambience. 10/10

It was in the Motion Picture that Fed vessels started to not fire Phasers at Warp, cant remember why but the Enterprise refit had a new warp config that stopped it

It was stated in some episode of Voyager *I think it was voyager* that the phasers' targeting system can't compensate for the high speeds at warp, so only torpedoes can be fired, however...I think they fired the phase cannons at warp in Enterprise, but thats Pre-TMP so that could be an exception. Good picture, although I thought this was shown here before in a lower res potd.

The only ships I've ever seen firing phasers at warp was the Jem'Hadar and the U.S.S. Centaur in DS9 *episode "Image in the sand" Season 6* so I guess that means some ships can fire while in warp, maybe a lower speeds of warp such as warp 2 or 3 or 4.....

Most if not all ships can fire phasers at warp.

Voyager has done it several times, in Basics Part 1 voyager and kazon fired phasers and disruptors at warp. the Jem'Hadar have fired weapons at warp as mentioned. and in Nemesis the enterprise took hits from disruptors at warp wich actually knocked out its warp propulsion. the main reason battles arent normally fought at warp i beleive to be due to warp limitations, since ships are not able to maneuver freely at warp as they can on impulse power, thus making them more vulnurable.

Yes, that is the Nova Class as seen in VOY Episode Equinox 1 & 2. The Nova is a science ship, which is supposed to replace the aging Oberth class science vessels. The Nova have a complement of around 70-80 crewmembers. The official information on the episode "Equinox 1" can be viewed at this address for startrek.com
