I would like more Post Nemesis but if you really want to get technical, if Star Trek XI changed the past, then Picard might not even become Captain of the Enterprise thus the Next Generation would never be and that's a scary thought!

Why can't people understand that the Prime Universe still exists? Just because Nero caused an alternate universe to be created doesn't mean that everything we know has changed! It's like the Mirror Universe, it exists alongside the Prime Universe!

Movie all on Terrans. Fuck TNG, throw that one off a cliff. Screw canon too, no boring science type shit, 'the atoms are about to de-stabilze in the warp core Captain'!! What do we do!!'... Big whoop, let the bitch blow up. Didnt like the ship anyway...

An all action ST movie would be nice. If I wanted thought provoking, scientific bullshit I would go to school.

TNG cast? are you guys serious, watch nemesis their characters have become stale, no growth since the TV show. Picard doesn't act like Picard (swining around like an action hero in his 60's) and in general they are all old.


Next movie to be in this current timeline with the terrans or Khan

No, no more TNG! I would like a movie with some DS9 characters (Kira, Jake, Nog and Bashir should not be so old), some VOY characters and some new exciting ones smile

...because it has been known for well over a year that there will be atleast three movies with the same main cast. Its in the actors contracts(its been brought up in interviews...hey I actually like to read and know whats going on). After the second and third movies are done only then would asking this question make sense. There should be no reason at all for all of these uninformed comments. It obviously isn't time thats the issue because it only takes me a few minutes a day to get caught up on the latest news on the various Trek related sites. There is no reason for any of you not to know what I know. Get educated people, please I beg you. trekmovie/trektoday/aintitcoolnews/rottentomatoe...ect are all really good places to start.

Im sorry if that seemed a little rough and offended anyone but im just tired of all the recent ignorance about this kind of stuff in the trek community as a whole that just doesn't make sense to me.

To be quite frank afcZman this question was perfectly valid, but the aim of this poll was to allow those that may want to express there ideas on a new star trek film regardless of whats in the pipeline, this is a question for what THEY think SHOULD go on in the new film, not what IS GOING to be covered in it.

While you may be all knowing when it comes to these star trek films you seem quite naive to the fact that things could change, and I might be inviting an "I told you so" comment at some point.

I dont know how old you are or what your position is, but I have barely enough time to sit down and read my emails after my day. So be a bit more objective when saying things like that mate.


I for one want another TNG cast one and one with the DS9 crew, as there are many things left un-finished.
