Hey! how about a Competition to make a new campain?? A new campain about STAR TREK XI?? Any ideas what-so-ever BUT it has to follow on from where the movie last picked off at! big grin e.g.

Name: Problems with the Romuans

Main Plot: Kirk (the with Enterprise) goes back in time to save the U.S.S Kelvin,
- to fix the time line, or maybe jump into the future and stop the Nardia!?!

(This idea was based on about all the comments which STXI got from people who didnt like it, but loved the old ST, btw you can use this idea!! Rock )

Or better ,Archer fix things up by going to future again somehow.
I want to see more ships of all era's and races

Someone should really make some of the other ships from STXI. And when that's done, they should start giving the other ships a similar refit.

The problem with competitions is that not a lot of people enter them. I don't think that's for any particular reason and isn't always the case, but sometimes the competitions run for longer than expected and only have one entrant, who wins by default.

Having said that, when a competition does work, they do encourage creativity, particularly on the scripting and mapping side of things for those that can. I can script but don't and pretty much won't unfortunately.

I dont mind entering something into a competition, if someone else enters work aswell!

I entered a couple of missions into the 'mission contest' last year, but I was the only person that entered anything, so it was no competition!

I wont be entering anything into any competitions any more, as I am a member of a mod team.

I am seriously considering leaving the Legacy community for good.

Posts: 37 		They are always so inspiring. And Ya I want to make a new captain and in my spare time over the last 2 years I have been working on an Alpha Quadrant map with the ROMULAN, KLINGON CARDASIAN, BREEN FERENGI THOLIAN and FEDERATION space in it . It is about 100 times the size of the largest map thats on here at impulse it takes literally hours for some ships to get form one side to another. I had to change the Warp properties so I can actually get around. I'll put a video up of it soon but one contest could be just adding missions to that thing. hope you guys like it when I put it up. but the work done for the contests have inspired me and I love this community so much.
