  Community Mod 2009 - A Brand New Contest! - Competition

Introducing another community contest! This one is the Community Mod Splash Screen Contest run by Legacy Files on behalf of Miri’s Hot for our first round of 2009 contests!.

Background:
    Miri's Hot is starting a new project based on the very first mod offering released back in 2007, better known as "The Community Mod" for Star Trek Legacy.

    The Community Mod of 2007 was the merging of the best content made for Legacy from the community to date. And now almost 2 years later a new proposal is at hand. "Let's make a New Version" showcasing the best talent and material from any mod team or individual who would like to contribute. What better way would there be than to showcase the best material made for Legacy than a screen made by a community member!


Now he needs your help in the creation of the new Community Mod splash screen.

The Criteria:

  • Be creative
  • Try to portray the theme "community" with a Star Trek feel
  • Must keep original Legacy splash screen border acknowledgements (CBS, Bethesda, mad-doc) somewhere on the splash screen
  • Maximum size of the splash screen is 800 x 512 pixels.
  • Must have the Logo with the following text (in any format or style) in it - Star Trek Legacy: The Community Mod Ver 1.0

In order to enter this contest you simply upload the splash screen to our file upload system just like a normal file.

The best three will be selected, as 1st, 2nd & 3rd place based on the best look, overall presentation of the criteria and feel for a "new" Community themed Mod. Contest will run for the next few weeks, a closing date will be decided in the near future so just get cracking when you can.
