Mission Contests


General Contest

Name: Generic Mission Contest
Duration: September 19th - December 21st

Description: Create any scripted or unscripted mission. Obviously if it is scripted and has objectives the better though the originality and “feel” to the mission is far more important. In other words, the more unique the mission and its environment the better.



Specific Contest 1

Name: Dominion War Mission Contest
Duration: September 19th - December 21st

Description: Create a mission based during the Dominion War. If you are using elements of other peoples work (such as Dominion ships/stations then please ask for permission if necessary and provide credit which is mandatory). The more original and unique your mission the better. Also a backstory to the mission would not be detrimental to it. smile It can either be scripted or unscripted. You do not have to do Federation vs Dominion, you can chose the player to be any of the combatant races to play against the opposing side. Obviously the more unique you make this mission the better.

Hints: Get permission to use a Jem'Hadar ship from anyone who has released one on Legacy Files individually or either in a mod. If you cannot then please contact us so we can see if we can sort you out with permission.







Specific Contest 2

Name: TOS Klingon Invasion Mission Contest
Duration: September 19th - December 21st

Description: Create a TOS mission of a Klingon invasion into a Federation sector which is defended by a small task force of Federation vessels. You may either have the player as the attacking Klingons or as the defending Federation. Again, as above the more original the layout, gameplay and design the better. It can either be scripted or unscripted. The more work you put into it the better your mission will look and will increase your chances of winning.




Specific Contest 3

Name: Enterprise Era Mission Contest
Duration: September 19th - December 21st

Description: Create a ENT mission, there is some leeway with this. You can cover any type of mission for any race once it is set in the ENT era. It can either be scripted or unscripted. The more work you put into it the better your mission will look and will increase your chances of winning.

All entries to be uploaded to the file system as normal. Good luck Two Thumbs Up!

for example, a MISSION PACK with 6 or 7 missions from the Dominion War

it is taking a LONG TIME to sort out the texture files that go with the ships that i need to include

Posts: 35 		I thought it would have been better that you just simply submit 1 at a time instead of a pack that way all of your work has entered and can be voted per mission instead of group of missions.
