This a stunning battle shot. The stock Galaxy, though not as nice as perhaps the SNS, takes to the stage in a great angle while attacking a Romulan base. The chaotic nature of the image is shown in stations and shipyards strewn in the background, as well as evidence of other Federation ships in the melee. This is a great POTM.

Not a ship that gets its fair share of appreciation. This fine ship has its own unique beauty shot here. The odd dimensions of the image also give it more limelight. A great shot from Sovvy001 showing off what his PC can do in a sublime 8.6 rating screenshot.

Reminiscent of David and Goliath, the best POTD ever to be shown on the site, ScottyJam attempts to find the same kind of shot with this. The image achieves everything it set out to do. It is dramatic, angled superbly, and features planets, and other ships. The only thing that may have let it down was the fact it didnt perfectly represent Generations, which may have been the aim.
