Description:

This is a pack containing Exploration and Armada modes for Aftermath 2.0 and Ultimate Universe 2.0. The map is Utopia Planitia whereby you fly around a vast map over Mars. In the Armada mode, you will be pitched against the mighty Borg and 50 of their cubes.

	Readme File: <----------------------------------- Star Trek: Legacy Mission ------------------------------------> Title: Fight For Existance Opponants: Borg vs Federation Plyer Team: Federation Mission Story: In the year 1453, the city of Constantinople fell to the Ottoman Empire. this marked the end of the Byzantium Empire (or the East Roman Empire). The event came after centuries of warfare, whereby the Roman land had been occupied by the Ottoman Empire. The year is now 2453, one thousand years later, and the climax of the Borg-Federation war is amongst you. The Federation have lost system after system to the Borg. Fleets containing the finest ships in Federation history have been lost. Now, the famous Utopia Planitia is the last strongpoint for the Federation. Once it is lost, Earth will be defenceless. The last fleet of Earth must fight to the death. The Borg have 50 powerful cubes. The Federation has a number of armed stations, 150 Turrets approx, and 100 ships to utilise. The losses are expected to be huge, but sacrifises must be made for the long-term survival of the Federation. --------------> Included?: Inside the mod comes new ENT era ships; Archelon Class Trueman Class Bangor Class Isthmia Class Vigilae Class Also installed are: Larger planet Larger station --------------> Edits to original conent: The shipyards have been made non-collidable. The ENT turrest are non-collidable. --------------> PLEASE NOTE: The Mission is fiction. --------------> --------------> Installation: Run the self-extraction tool. They will be named relating to either TB, UU or AM. Direct it to your default Star Trek legacy directory, and Run. There are alternate zip files that you copy into your STL directory. If you have vista or 7, they will merge with existing folders. XP however, will be a more tedius task of moving each file into each corrospoding folder. --------------> The mod has been tested successfully on Trek Battles 3 (beta 0.6), ultimate universe 2.0 and aftermath 2.0. delete/rename the file db.pak in your game directory, unless you have Trek Battles/UUmod note: The mod has been made with and for Aftermath 2.0. Using the mod in Ultimate Universe or Trek Battles may have a difference in performance and quality. note2: Trek Battles 3 version will be forthcoming. i'm new to this.

i've downloaded the Utopia Planitia (Armada & Exploration Modes) (v1.0).

i have an idea how to make it work but i'm not sure.

in the file, there is a uu and an am application which i am to open/run.

do i use both, or are they specific to what i have?

help would be appreciated smile

@david 92: You're supposed to run the application corresponding to the Total Coversation (shall it be either AM 2.0, or UUM) you have already installed to your Legacy folder.

This means, if you have Aftermath 2.0 installed, you need to run the AM application from the Utopia Planitia folder. In case you have Ultimate Universe installed on your stock Legacy game, then run the UU application found in the Utopia Planatia folder.

Please note that only 1 Total Conversation (like Aftermath, Trek Battles, Ultimate Universe, etc) should be installed on one Legacy game.
If you'd like to play more than one TC, you need to duplicate a clean -aka 'vanilla'- install of Legacy on your HDD by simply copying and pasting a clean version of the main/whole ST Legacy folder to another place and/or with a different folder name (like Legacy - UUM for e.g.)

Then, after you applied the desired TC on that new clean Legacy install, create a new shortcut leading to the new Total Converstaion Legacy version too.
