Description:
This allows you to save/export your TGA texture files (what was used in the "Armada" series) to DDS texture files which are used in Legacy. Please note that you do need either Photoshop or Paint Shop Pro to be able to use this. Happy converting!

	Readme File: http://www.jsptut.com/Sql.jsp can save files in Photoshop and PSP with this format. It's a NVidia specific file format, or at least developed by NVidia, as the dialogue box to save a file in DDS Format, has the NVidia logo on it Unfortunately, the save dialogue is very advanced There are several different ways to save a texture as a DDS File. I recommend using the Interpolated Alpha, DXT 5 format of DDS as in Legacy, there are no "_glow" texturesWhich means that the Alpha channel is directly applied to the Diffuse Texture

I hope to get a tutorial up and running on Legacy Universe soon.

Excelent! Now we only need the .m3d exporter and were all set to go where no modder has gone before!

im a big fan nice work you 2 do on bc files but want about the hard points of the ships just wondering confused

Don't worry. Legacy Universe has a team of modders working diligently working to break apart Legacy and learn everything we can learn about it. In fact, the only thing keeping us from releasing new ships is the fact we don't have the m3d file format exporter.

Was this file removed? cause none of the download links are working

I followed the link to the readme file, and nothing there is related to this mod whatsoever.

Jsut install the ruddy file in the right directory!
