Description:

Well here a Sovereign for you...A refitted one. Yes the Sovereign is a Battlecruiser not a Battleship so thats were the name was plucked from.

The stats are improved to 2200 point each, except the engines are at 1500.. Battlecrusiers are deceptively quick.

The refit craze continues with a scortching piece of work from IKS.

This refit sees the Sovereign get a face lift, a complete hull retexture and systems upgrade. The textures are great, making the overall look of the Sovereign more real and more, man made. The armour over the warp nacelles and impulse engines also give the ship that much more agressive look. Kind of reminds me of the Enterprise J in certain respects. But obviously far better looking.

The systems upgrades that IKS has given the Sovereign has put it to more of a match with the heavier ships of its class. So you wont need to worry about having to have escort ships for back up, but you wont feel like the enemy is too easy to kill.

Overall its a great ship, one that i feel we will see a lot more of.

Place ODF file in the folder ODF/ships 3. Place .dds files in the folder textures/dds Note: This will work with any Total Conversion. It is not dependant on any files from any mods or does not interfere with their custom files. i played it in bridge commander and it is amazing. I could make a realistic odf, someone could port the model and someone could do textures but make the grathics on it as good as the BC version. That would be a certain download! stick out tongue
