Description:
This is the Section 31 Race Mod which combines the Cungi's individual S31 mods which were all released in the last few weeks into one playable race. The Fleet itself is very powerful and is well able to handle itself in battle.
The race consists of :

    Sovereign Class
    Galaxy Class
    Intrepid Class
    Nova Class
    Akira Class
    Excelsior Lakota Class
    Defiant Class
    K'vort Class
    Constitution Refit Class
    Miranda Refit Class
    Poseidon Class
    NX Class


The rextexture jobs are pretty good including mods like Wildcrash's superbly done Section 31 NX Class as seen before on the site. So if you've been following the Section 31's growing presence on this community then this is definately one for you! Two Thumbs Up!

This mod will add the Section 31 Race and Vulcan Race. This mod is both player and AI playable


Sovereign Class
Galaxy Class
Intrepid Class
Nova Class
Akira Class
Excelsior Lakota Class
Defiant Class
K'vort Class
Constitution Refit Class
Miranda Refit Class
Poseidon Class
NX Class

Equipped with Transphasic and Quantum Torpedoes, Dual Hull Ablative Armour and Regenerative Shielding

These ships will NOT overwrite stock models (apart from Vulcan ships)
This mod has been tested in a stock install of Legacy V1.0 and modded install of TEM/CM02

Section31 Galaxy & Defiant Monitor by 1/9AirCav
Section31 NX Class by Wildcrash
Blank Registry textures by Wildcrash
Torpedo texture by Coolguyli27 aka Longisland26

Xtra Special Thanks to Grunt and Rogue Vulcan for tips on xml editing and adding races


Known bugs: Some ships will double up in ship selection due to AI wanting scout, destroyer, cruiser & battleships
Miranda cannot cloak. Don't know why

To Install

Put odfs into ships folders
put M3D into M3D folder
put DDS into DDS folder

they show up in the race selection, but when i click on ither section 31 or vulcan, it just shows Federation , it wont actualy select them

Seems a few people are havin problems with new races showing up. In your legacy folder (C/Program Files/Bethesda Softworks/ Star Trek Legacy) There is a file called db.pak, rename it to db.pakBACKUP or delete it. Legacy looks for this when loading
Renaming it will force Legacy to look for the odf files. Should work ok then

That actually is a good solution for a lot of mods, but I wouldnt recommend deleting the db.pak file just it in case something goes wrong.

offtopic: can i just ask why arrons federation mod was removed for the second time I know it wasnt perfect but the ships made good cannon fodder and realy filled the gaps in a (modded for more than 4 ships) battlefleet.

These ships are awesome. They are over-powered yes, but that's part of the fun. I've only managed to beat them once, as the Federation.

I think part of my qualm with this game is that everything is too closely leveled. There's too much game, and not enough sim.

This mod is awesome! The only problems I had with it are when I select the Nova Class ship, and start the game it errors and quits. frown But other then that this mod is awesome! 10/10, awesome! Rock

The Section 31 ships are great, however they would be better if they all had the same engine colour (red or blue).

i dont know why this isnt working, i check all my documents and theres no Dp.pak so there is apsolutly no way i can download this, were might else i find it? Aaargh!!!

Its not dp.pak its db.pak. Its there unless you deleted it. If you did install this anyway

Ok i am very confused confused Wahtever i do i search and search for it and i cant find it! i check my documents under Cprogram FilesBethesda SoftworksStar Trek Legacy
and it shows up nothing, in the download process i cant even find it there.... all i have is DB and that is it.....

Click on your start button and use the search function. If its not there don't worry the mod will work without it

do you think you could make the blackish sovy-x like CUNGI did for A2? or CUNGI could transfer the textures to legacy? either way i hope to see one.
