Description:

Here we have the NiHydron warship from the Year of Hell Episode of Voyager. Complete with all new weapons - we can now re-enact this great battle. Enjoy.

This nice addition is a real treat for all the fans of smaller more minor races in Star Trek. The NiHydron is a good port, and worth a play.

Appearances tell you the ship and its textures are rather old, with areas of yellow grid which dont look to much like the original in my opinion. The modder has decided not to use bumps in this release which results in a very smooth unrealistic feel. I feel that bumps help any ship come to life, especially with older textures.

Nevertheless, the port is a good one. Coming with its own weapons, that appear to be finely balanced and accurate to Year Of Hell, the ship is remarkably similar to the original.

Another great mod from Rudianos, and while his port is accurate and well executed, the ship itself is old and unfortunately it shows.

	Readme File: Nihydron Warship v 1.1 Thanks for downloading the Nihydron Warship. Finally, the Nihydron have a presence in Legacy! Which means we now can completely re-enact the Year of Hell final battle. Special thanks to Queball for providing the original model. Instructions 1. Just unload the contents of the NiHydron folder into your Legacy directory. Should not overwrite anything, but make a backup if you feel it prudent. 2. Open sprites folder - and then open weapons. Look for @reference=1024 @tmaterial=additive and add right under: # NiHydron wNihydronPhaser wNihydronPhaser 0 0 1024 256 @anim=tex1x4 wNihydronTorpedo wNihydronTorpedo 0 0 256 256 @anim=tex4x4 to look like..... @reference=1024 @tmaterial=additive # NiHydron wNihydronPhaser wNihydronPhaser 0 0 1024 256 @anim=tex1x4 wNihydronTorpedo wNihydronTorpedo 0 0 256 256 @anim=tex4x4 3. Rudianos! You are the man! I can't believe all the cool stuff coming out recently. I was hoping we would see more alien ships from Voyager some time. This one looks great, I will be trying it when I get home from work. I am liking that Krenim ship in the shots also! Great Work. Rock

You should do the retecture for the species 10026 too.
