Part-two of the tutorial series - this download covers Retexturing and refitting.

The applications required to follow this tutorial:

Adobe Photoshop - Get a trial from :- http://www.adobe.com/downloads/
Photoshop DDS Plugin :- http://developer.nvidia.com/object/photoshop_dds_plugins.html
Hex Editor (Acid uses Wind32 in this tutorial) :- http://www.chmaas.handshake.de/delphi/freeware/xvi32/xvi32.htm

Like the previous download, this is equally easy to understand and covers all bases - it's a good starting point for anyone interested in modding any aspect of Legacy as it's likely to be a fundamental skill that you will require!
