Being a Voyager fanatic, although it may not have been the author's intention, I'm very fond of this Starship. Some may call the weapons arsenal a little unbalanced and to a certain extent (especially when playing with stock Legacy ships) that's true, but overall, although it's mighty it's not quite a god ship. The design is sleek and streamlined with maneuvering being a total joy. It's easy to jolt in and out of enemy ship maneuvers so that you can gain the upper hand and deal a crippling blow to an enemy's systems. The Sentinel class has no canon references what-so-ever although, with its post-TNG era classification, it would seem to me that this is the way Starfleet would have continued to build their vessels.
